After a set number of downloads your link will expire. If your download link has expired but you have to re-download your product(s) please contact us.
When purchasing a product a license for its usage is issued to you alone. Sharing products with others is illegal and may result in the forfeit of your license and further legal action.
If you have purchased a Kontakt library, please bear in mind that you must run it using the full version of Kontakt VST. If you're using Kontakt Player this is just a demo version of Kontakt VST and will only run third party Kontakt libraries in demo mode.

Unfortunately we cannot offer refunds on digital download products. However if you are unsatisfied with your product we are happy to extend store credit to you so you can choose something else. Just send us an email with your order ID (example: #61023).

If you're receiving an error message while downloading a product, first of all make sure you're using a computer instead of a phone, and if there are multiple files inside a download folder only select and download one at a time. Attempting to zip up and download multiple large files at once may result in errors or your browser freezing. Secondly, make sure you've disabled any pop-up blockers that may prevent a download from starting. Sometimes your browser may falsely identify files as malware. In such a case simply select the option to "keep file" or "ignore". You can also try download using a different browser.
Corrupt files happen due to an incomplete download. In such a case you'll have to delete the file and re-download it from our server. Make sure you're on a stable, high-speed internet connection, and wait until one single file at a time is fully downloaded before attempting to open or extract the file. If you're struggling with a stable internet connection while downloading a particularly large product file, try plugging your computer directly into your modem instead of using wi-fi.
If you're running an OS after Catalina on your Mac, there is a known bug where your system may refuse to run a VST as it cannot verify it. You can fix this issue by adding a validation exception for the VST. If you're not sure how to do this, there are many great tutorials online and Mac support can also aid you.
